4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made according to the terms outlined in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

• Payments are due upon receipt of invoice.
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee.
• Services may be suspended for non-payment.

All service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials developed by Digital NYC Agency Inc., including but not limited to graphics, text, website designs, marketing strategies, and proprietary tools, remain the property of Digital NYC Agency Inc.

Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for their internal business purposes.

6. Disclaimers

Our services and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on numerous factors outside of our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital NYC Agency Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Site or Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services that gave rise to the claim.
